Join us for our Last Minute Shopping Night on Thursday, December 21st, where you can find the perfect gift for your loved ones. Our gallery offers a wide variety of handmade jewelry, woodcraft, pottery, textiles, and paintings that are one-of-a-kind and perfect for that special person in your life. We will be open until 8 PM, so there's plenty of time to browse our selection and find the perfect gift.
The Great Art Giveaway
Get ready for the Annual Great Art Giveaway at River Roads Artisans Gallery! This exciting event starts on Small Business Saturday, November 25th. Everyone who makes a purchase during the following week can enter to win work created and donated by our talented members. Winners will be drawn on December 2nd. Be sure to visit us to shop and enter to own a piece created by a local artisans!

Find Beauty in the Details of Textile Arts: Meet Paula Phillips
At River Roads Artisans Gallery, we are passionate about showcasing local artists and their unique creations. That's why we are excited to feature Paula Phillips, one of the most talented fiber artists in our region, in our upcoming October Art Party. Paula's handmade creations are made from wool sourced from her own sheep. Her one-of-a-kind accessories have become a staple in our gallery, and we are thrilled to have her guide our guests through the processes she uses to create them. Join us on October 19th from 4 - 6 pm for this informative event along with light refreshments!
Get to Know the Amazing Work of Ceramics Artist Nancy Jervey

September's Art Party at the Artist's Cooperative will be a special event you won't want to miss! We are honored to be featuring the work of well-known ceramics artist Nancy Jervey. Meet August's Featured Artist - John Alsop
August's featured artist at the River Roads Artisans Gallery is John Alsop. John is a founding member of the Cooperative and has been with the gallery for more than 10 years. During the month of August, his work will be featured in the gallery. Join us on August 17th from 4 - 6 PM to meet John and learn more about his work. There will be refreshments and a Q&A session with the artist. Don't miss this unique opportunity to meet a talented and experienced Maine artist.
Showcasing the Skill and Beauty of River Roads Basket Makers
The special event at our Cooperative is not to be missed! Featuring the work of Nancy Donker and Sarah Coleman, two of Maine's finest artisans, you'll get a chance to learn about their creative processes and inspirations. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to be inspired by some of the best woodworkers around!
River Roads Artisans Gallery members are donating pieces of their art work to help raise money for Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Hospice. Look for items with the special tag attached. The fundraiser runs from November 11 - December 24, 2022.
