Hello! My name is Drew Perlmutter and I am a digital artist based in Portland, Maine. I have always been a creative person but it wasn’t until the pandemic in 2020 that I carved out the space and time to develop my artistic voice. Art was, and still continues to be, my safe haven where I can be present and immerse myself fully in a world of my own making. 

While my art is done digitally, it’s important to me that it retains the warmth and texture of traditional art. My art is inspired by the natural world and I hope to leave my viewers feeling cozy, comforted, connected, and curious. One day, I hope to be a full-time children’s book illustrator and author and inspire kids to connect and care for the world around them.
