I have been painting in Maine since the early ‘70’s, trying to blend my response to my woodland environment with my early schooling and more abstract thinking.  I studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, Massachusetts.  I have exhibited at commercial galleries in Cape Cod, Boston, Chicago and Maine.
